Bempton Cliffs 17th January 2023 While visiting Bempton Cliffs, I have the presence of mind to film the huge amount of birdlife that had chosen to breed on the shear drop above the sea. I also managed to film the graceful gannets coming to rest on a grassy refuge. To my regret I did not film any Puffins, but that is because I chose to admire them in the moment. Bempton Cliffs is a place I will visit again, it is too special not to do so! You can find my accompanying blog and photos HERE. Bempton cliff tops

Dandelions and Bees 25th April 2021 Over this last week we have had such wonderful weather. People have headed outside, migrant birds are arriving, flowers are starting to bloom and insects are active again! Among these flowers is the much maligned dandelion, a beautiful flower packed full of valuable pollen and nectar ready for any passing bees, butterflies or other pollinators. I caught a few minutes on film and have created two videos. One short (but hopefully sweet!), and the other slightly longer showing a little extra bee foraging behaviour. I hope you enjoy! Common Darter dragonfly basking in the summer sun! 26th March 2021 On a day when it has rained, hailed and blown a gale, I have had to remind myself that the sunnier days ahead are very nearly upon us! We will all soon be able to again enjoy watching creatures such as this beautiful Common Darter dragonfly, I filmed basking in the warmth of last year's summer sun. Not long now!
